As former Chief Human Resources Officer at RBC, she led people strategy across 80,000 employees in 40 countries, and today channels that energy as Executive Advisor at Deloitte Canada, Chancellor-Designate of Trent University, and Founder of the Purposeful Third Act movement — helping leaders harness their wisdom to create impact that truly matters. A recipient of the Order of Ontario and the Governor General's Meritorious Service Medal, Zabeen doesn't just talk about the future of leadership — she's living it.

You'll rotate through focused conversations before coming back together to share what came up across the room.

The evening wraps up with the Summit Gala - dinner, a graduation ceremony, alumni spotlights, a photo booth, and a shared dance floor. A proper celebration of everything this community has built, and everyone joining it.
