Reskilling Retail Workers Survey
A research, design and prototype project for retail workers, retailers and startups to innovate reskilling and training programs for workers and the retail sector.
We invite you to take part in a voluntary research study about the retail sector, career-based skills, and job transitions.
This research will inform the design of a training program that impacts retail workers, retailers and startups.
Retail Workers
We'd love to hear from current workers in retail about your skills & experience if you're under 29 and currently work in retail.
The details:
- 15 - 30 mins to complete
- 4 parts: (1) about you and your identity, (2) about your experience, (3) about your skills (4) how you think about jobs and training.
- All questions are anonymous and optional
- You could win one of 5 $100 gift cards
Start-up / Tech
We’d love to hear from People Operations / HR tech start employees about the skills and experience you look for.

- 2 parts: (1) about your organization and (2) about your experience as a retailer in areas like hiring and skills identification
- All questions are optional and you can choose not to answer them
- You'll be first in line to participate in the pilot.
